HUAWEI GT2 Pro Update Problem

Just did a firmware update on my watch. I believe the version it is 10.1.3.28. After the update the heart rate sensor no longer works. Any suggestions to get it working again?

A few things you can try:
Reset the watch
Unpair the watch from the app and delete the app.
You can then reinstall the app and connect to the watch again.

Tried that but it didn't work. Hopefully there is another potential fix.

One other thing you can try is to let the battery drain completely. Then recharge. This may get the sensor working again.

Draining the battery completely and recharging solved the problem. Seemed to have reset everything. It is working now, hopefully it continues. Thanks for the help.

Hello There, I have the same problem, I tried to drain the battery but it seems to have some kind of protection, it shows battery as zero percent but it keep turn on for a few seconds then turn off again, I repeated the process over fifty times and still not completely drained. Any advice?

That is probably the closest you will get to completely drained. Try recharging and see if it works.

If draining the battery does not work, sounds like a hardware problem.

The watch was working like a charm before the update to the new firmware 11.0.5.32.
When the installation completed the sensors went off, it would be weird if the official firmware update break the watch
I have sent a ticket to Huawei, and waiting for their advice, I will definitely update here.
