Was considering the Kospet Prime 2 but the price is outside my budget. The Kospet Prime SE is nearly half the price. Is it worth the money?

This is your typical Android 7.1.1 Chinese smartwatch with a MTK6739 processor. Nothing special with it. That version of Android is almost 5 years old now so not a good choice.
Personally I wouldn't consider any Android 7 watches now. Cheaper Android 10 watches are likely to be released in 2021 so it may be worth it to wait.

Anything on the radar? Don't want to wait too long but if something will be coming out in January, I would consider waiting.

Save up for the Kospet Prime 2. It is a great watch.
I haven't heard of any affordable upcoming Android 10 watches. However I suspect once one is released, it will get a lot of attention.
