Notifications are not Syncing Properly in my Samsung Smart Watch.

Greeting everyone! My name is Anjali. I work in a dental clinic and highly rely on my Samsung smart watch for my appointments and messages. My notifications are not syncing properly, and notifications are coming late. I have restarted the watch multiple times, but the issue still persists. I have tried reinstalling the app, but the notifications are still coming late. What should I do now? How can I fix it by myself?
