Watches with Rotating Bezels

I like the idea of the rotating bezel with the Galaxy Watch 3. Are there any cheaper options with rotating bezels?

I believe only Samsung options have a rotating bezel that actually interacts with the watch. You could look for an original Galaxy watch that has one which will be cheaper.

I think the rotating bezel is more of a gimmick than anything. Would rather just scroll with the touchscreen.

The rotating bezel gets rave reviews. Personally I don't think it is a gimmick.
